About Me

Hello my name is Cierra Hunter Rose and I'm an artist yet to be discovered. I was an artist since I can

remember. I won my first art contest when I was 11 years old and exactly 2 years later I won 3 art competitions all of them winning first place. It was a great surprise for me but I never really looked at it as this is what God wanted me to do in life. After that I stopped doing art for about 3 years until one day I got an email from an independent author asking for an illustrator. This was my dream since I was a little girl. I took the job and the book is now being in the process of publishing. I realized this is where God wants me to be. You can't hide your talent, it's meant to make a difference in the world.

Why did I make a blog? Well... it started off as me having a bad day and I needed something to get my mind off of things. I've always wanted my own website for my artwork and  I just used blogger as a source cause I thought hey... why not make a blog instead? So once I started... I didn't actually think I'd keep it, but it turns out there's a lot of artist out there who need that little bit of confidence to continue their dreams. Even if you're an artist just for fun... you've come to the right place. I want to encourage you and give you all the insiders! Now I'm not the most amazing artist in the world but I'm one that looks at any artwork and sees it as a masterpiece from God.

 I continue illustrating children's books for independent authors and enjoy doing my own art whenever I have free time. I love to meet new eager artist out there, so don't be shy -follow my blog!
